Engagement Description – This Pharmacy Technician Role is within a remote contact center. We service client's Part D Members and Providers. Our goal is to handle Member and Provider inquiries concerning benefits and coverage determinations. Our timeframes are extremely tight (urgent 24 hours, standard 72 hours). Additional Duties –
