Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team near Lake Stevens, WA. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist, supporting students in developing and improving their motor skills. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and making a direct impact on their daily lives and learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the physical therapist in implementing treatment plans designed to improve motor function and mobility in students.
• Work with students on exercises and activities that promote physical wellness and independence.
• Document progress and adjust interventions in collaboration with the supervising therapist.
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to all school district and state regulations.
• Participate in IEP meetings to discuss students' progress and therapy goals.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program.
• Washington State licensure or eligibility.
• Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
