Job Description

We’re supporting our client, a leading manufacturer based in Temple, GA who are looking for a Production Manager to join their growing team. The successful Production Manager will have experience of providing a quality product and manufacturing process.

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coach departmental employees
• Develop and utilize lead persons as supervisory assistants
• Provide a quality product and manufacturing process
• Manufacture, assemble, and/or ship components as required by the master schedule and supporting schedules
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Provide proper machinery, fixtures, tooling, inventory, and training for employees to properly complete their tasks
• Operate and report within the parameters of ISO 9001
• Assist with development and control of departmental operating and capital budgets
• Assure proper, timely labor reporting
• Other misc. duties as required

About You:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Able to read and understand blueprints
• Minimum of five years experience in a manufacturing environment
• Minimum of two years supervisory or management experience
