Genesis10 is seeking a Proofreader for a 6 contract position with a leading financial services company located in Cleveland, OH. This role can be 100% remote. Summary: The Proofreader will be responsible for the detailed review of various marketing materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the company's brand and style guidelines. Responsibilities: Thoroughly proofread a wide range of marketing assets across all lines of business, including emails, letters, landing pages, social media posts, ads, white papers, and articles. Check content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and adherence to Key's brand style and the Associated Press (AP) style guide. Collaborate with writers, designers, and project coordinators to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery of all materials. Manage a high-volume workload with accuracy and attention to detail under tight deadlines. Maintain familiarity with company tone, style, and brand standards to ensure all content aligns appropriately. Utilize Workfront for project management and workflow tracking (experience preferred). Qualifications: Exceptional attention to detail, grammar, and punctuation skills. Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience proofreading a variety of content types in a high-volume setting. Strong knowledge of AP Style and experience applying brand style guides. Experience using Workfront or similar workflow/project management tools is a plus. Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
