Position: Elite Travel Advisor
Start Date: August 18, 2025.
Location Requirement: MUST reside in Ontario, Canada / Remote

About the Role:
Aspire Lifestyles, a global leader in concierge services, is seeking experienced professionals from the travel, airline, or hospitality industries to join our team as Travel Advisors. In this role, you will deliver White Glove customer service to high-net-worth clients, handling travel arrangements and resolving issues with the highest level of professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service via phone and email for domestic and international travel bookings
  • Research and plan customized travel experiences, including flights, hotels, and car rentals
  • Assist clients in utilizing exclusive benefits and Membership Reward points
  • Troubleshoot travel disruptions and de-escalate client concerns
  • Guide clients through our travel platform and resolve technical issues

Schedule Requirements:

  • Must be available for full-time work.
  • Afternoon, evening, and weekend availability required.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • A customer-first mindset with a professional and positive attitude, where you view performing well on servicing customers’ requests as a measure of success.
  • Excellent geographical and travel knowledge through professional or personal travel experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of the travel industry: including destinations, airlines, hotels, visa requirements, travel packages, and current trends.
  • High level of proficiency using travel booking systems, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and other relevant technology, including a willingness to learn new systems and adapt to technological advancements.
  • Experience in prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining accuracy in a fast paced, structured call center environment servicing customers through inbound and outbound virtual channels (phone and email).
  • Understands the nature of travel-related inquiries and can handle frustrated or upset customers professionally, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
  • Strong multitasking and internet navigation skills.

Work-from-Home Requirements

  • Private, distraction-free home office with a lockable door.
  • MUST have a Smart Phone that can operate the most up to date operating system.
  • High-speed hard wired ethernet internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload). Please note that you cannot use Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi Pods/extenders.
  • No satellite internet connections.

Qualifications

  • Travel and Tourism Diploma or equivalent work experience is required.
  • TICO certification or willingness to become TICO Certified within 3 months of start date required.
  • 1 year of GDS experience required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Agent in a 24/7 Call Center environment.
  • Must be able to complete a background check.

  • This is a fully remote position. You must reside in Ontario, Canada
