PDQ is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our Revenue Operations team. Reporting to the Sales Operations leader, this role focuses on building and optimizing our Salesforce ecosystem to support Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams. The ideal candidate will have experience extending beyond traditional Salesforce administration, including expertise in iPaaS platforms (e.g., Tray.io) and data querying (e.g., SQL). This role offers a "0 to 1 build" opportunity to develop and implement Salesforce Data Cloud and AI capabilities to support our Product Led Growth strategy. What You'll Be Doing: Administer and maintain Salesforce environment, managing user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and workflows. Optimize integrations with systems like HubSpot, Clay, Tray.io, Sonar, UserGems. Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and manage case logs. Build reports, dashboards, and analytics. Enhance systems, automate processes, and streamline workflows. Support the development of Salesforce Data Cloud and AI features for PLG. Document configurations, processes, and training materials. Stay updated with Salesforce best practices. Support data quality efforts including cleansing and deduplication. Qualifications: 5+ years of Salesforce Admin experience, with expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud. Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) preferred; additional certifications a plus. Proficiency in customizing Salesforce and using Salesforce Flow. Experience managing integrations, familiarity with iPaaS tools like Tray.io. Interest in AI and machine learning in Salesforce. Proven track record of leading projects from concept to completion. Strong data management and analytical skills.
