Who You Are:

The Senior Staff Accountant will assist in various accounting and bookkeeping activities, including balancing accounts; maintain confidentiality of all sales, profits, expense and personnel information; perform all duties assigned by the Controller and Accounting Manager. 

What You'll Do:

• Make recurring journal entries to the general ledger.

• Reconcile balance sheet accounts, including the intercompany account, monthly to ensure transactions are accurately recorded.

• Perform cash reconciliations.

• Prepare all accounting schedules as requested by the Accounting Manager.

• Perform monthly P&L review and analysis.

• Assist in resolving any issues on customer billings.

• Complete ad hoc requests as necessary.

• Practice and promote teamwork at all times. Set a good personal example of attitude and performance.

• Ability to work independently and resolve problems as they arise.

• Monitor all working area conditions and equipment to ensure they are within corporate standards for cleanliness, proper maintenance and safety

Must Have's:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline required. 

• 1-2 years of accounting experience preferred.

• Strong excel skills required.
