Job Title: Senior Electrical Superintendent
Location: Dallas, TX
Compensation: $160,000 – $190,000 annually

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Electrical Superintendent to lead large-scale commercial electrical projects in the Dallas area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing field operations on complex projects such as hospitals, data centers, or other large commercial facilities . This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to drive projects to successful completion with a focus on safety, quality, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site electrical construction activities from start to finish.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Lead and supervise field teams, ensuring compliance with company standards and safety protocols.
• Manage schedules, manpower, and resources to meet project deadlines.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure work meets specifications and code requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve field-related issues proactively.
• Mentor and develop junior superintendents and foremen.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10+ years of electrical construction experience , with at least 5 years in a superintendent role.
• Proven experience leading projects in hospitals, data centers, or large-scale commercial environments .
• Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA regulations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
