Job Function Leverage platforms such as our internal ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards to identify and engage top professionals. Deliver tailored solutions to match candidates' career aspirations with client needs, ensuring a personalized experience. Conduct detailed interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and alignment with specific client requirements. Oversee the recruitment process from initial candidate sourcing to final placement, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders. Partner with internal teams—including sales, HR, marketing, payroll, and compliance—to support client and candidate needs. Guide candidates through interview preparation, constructive feedback, and long-term career development. Job Requirements 1 year of experience in agency recruitment, sales, or account management. Strong understanding of staffing and recruitment practices across various industries. Familiarity with CRM and ATS platforms to manage pipelines effectively.
