Call Center Dealership Appointment Scheduler
Location: Nucar Toyota of Norwood
Earn Up to $49K/Year (Base Wages + Performance Bonuses)

We're seeking motivated and career-oriented individuals who excel at handling inbound and outbound calls to schedule service appointments- no cold calling required!
What You'll Do:
Handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls to set up service appointments.
Provide exceptional customer service , ensuring a positive experience for every caller.
Build strong relationships with customers by communicating effectively and professionally.
Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where your skills will be valued and rewarded.
What We're Looking For:
1-3 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or sales role.
Outstanding phone communication skills-confidence, clarity, and professionalism are key!
A track record of success in internet marketing and/or sales appointment scheduling.
The ability to connect with clients instantly and handle objections with ease.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A self-motivated attitude with a drive to exceed performance goals.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and efficient typing skills.
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
A valid driver's license with at least three years of driving experience.
Flexibility to work varied hours , including some weekends.
