Job Title: Site Manager – National Projects
Location: Nationwide Travel (80% travel required)
Compensation: $120,000–$150,000 base salary + Performance Bonus

About the Role:
Our client is seeking a seasoned Site Manager to lead complex construction and infrastructure projects across the United States. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with deep experience in mechanical, electrical, civil, and utility scopes—someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is comfortable spending the majority of their time on the road.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects including site preparation, underground utilities, structural concrete, mechanical piping, and electrical infrastructure.
- Manage subcontractors, field personnel, and client representatives to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
- Lead daily and weekly production meetings, safety briefings, and progress evaluations.
- Coordinate logistics for materials, equipment, and workforce across multiple job sites.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and other regulatory standards.
- Handle project commissioning, punch lists, and close-out documentation.
- Maintain detailed reports on project status, cost tracking, and forecasting.
- Represent the client on-site, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in oil & gas, utilities, or large-scale commercial infrastructure.
- Proven success managing multimillion-dollar projects with complex scopes and tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% of the time across the U.S.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, BIM 360, and project scheduling tools.
- Certifications in Project Management, OSHA 10, First Aid/CPR, and Trenching & Excavation preferred.
Preferred Background:
- Experience with battery energy storage systems, wastewater treatment facilities, tilt-up construction, and underground utilities.
- Familiarity with client-facing roles and managing multiple contractors simultaneously.
- History of zero-incident projects and strong safety culture.
