Job Description
We’re seeking a highly strategic and culturally in-tune Social Media Manager to oversee and grow our presence on X, Threads, and Reddit. You’ll be responsible for crafting and executing platform-specific strategies that engage niche communities, drive awareness, and align with our overall brand voice and goals.
Responsibilities:
Develop tailored social media strategies for X, Threads, and Reddit that align with brand objectives.
Create and publish engaging content (graphics, short posts, memes, discussions, polls, etc.) across each platform.
Monitor community conversations, participate in relevant threads/subreddits, and foster engagement.
Respond to comments and DMs to build brand loyalty and trust.
Identify trends, moments, and cultural conversations to tap into in real-time.
Report on key performance metrics every two weeks, offering insights and optimizations.
Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to align messaging and promotional efforts.
