This role is essential in enhancing our brand presence across various social media platforms, engaging with our audience, and driving traffic to our website. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media marketing strategies, content creation, and analytics to effectively manage and grow our online community.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create compelling content and images tailored for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Tik Tok.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and conversations using social listening tools.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including Facebook Advertising, to drive targeted traffic.
• Collaborate with the graphic design team to produce visually appealing graphics using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Use and Analyze performance metrics through Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner, fostering relationship management.
• Conduct proofreading of all content before publication to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, e-commerce, and public relations.

Experience

• Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in tools such as Meta Business Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and video editing software.
• Strong skills in content creation, graphic design, photography, and branding.
• Familiarity with digital marketing principles including SEO, keyword research, and social media marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on relationship management and public relations.
