We are looking for our first Solutions Architect to help build out our US Central user and customer community. Our ideal candidate is a technical professional capable of offering customers specialized business and technical expertise. This role involves providing expert guidance to help clients achieve their objectives and better understand how they utilize ClickHouse. What you will be doing: Comfortable working with complex business and technological requirements and translating into the design of solutions, including data visualization, workflow recommendations, migrations, and enterprise scale architecture. Working directly with customers at every layer of their organization (C Suite to data scientists and developers) and acting as a trusted advisor for our users. Articulate and evangelize the vision and positioning of both the company and products, and secure strategic commercial commitments. Use a solution-based approach to selling and creating value for customers. Identify and drive new initiatives that enable customers to turn their data into actionable business value and align these initiatives with their business outcomes for continued success. What you bring along: 3+ years of experience at a minimum with Open Source Software business models and proficiency in Cloud and Infrastructure software is a minimum requirement. Experience with scalable and highly available distributed systems. Experience with creating POCs and reference implementations. Bonus Points: Experience selling databases and/or deploying applications with any of the major cloud providers. Experience with database programming and data models. The typical starting salary for this role in the US is $200,000 - $280,000 USD Compensation For roles based in the United States, the typical starting salary range for this position is listed above. In certain locations, such as Los Angeles, CA, the San Francisco Bay Area, CA, the Seattle, WA, Area, and the New York City Metro Area, a premium market range may apply, as listed. These salary ranges reflect what we reasonably and in good faith believe to be the minimum and maximum pay for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation may be higher or lower than the amounts listed, and the ranges may be subject to future adjustments. An individual’s placement within the range will depend on various factors, including (but not limited to) education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, location, performance, and the needs of the business or organization.
