Your Opportunity We’re looking for a Senior Retirement Plan Consultant who’s not just experienced in plan design and client consulting—but who’s also curious and excited about the future of our industry. What's Expected from You 401(K) Expertise - consult with employers on 401(k) plan design Tenacious creativity - constantly scanning to identify and lead automation/scale initiatives Show initiative - an idea is just a thought, an idea + ownership + execution = rapid career development Maintain the same positive attitude on Mondays that you have on Fridays.
