Our Beaumont, Texas location is seeking a Store Manager to support a fast-paced home improvement operation. This role is ideal for a high-energy, self-motivated leader with a proven track record in sales, coaching, and team development.

Candidates should be organized, adaptable, and skilled at driving both in-store traffic and digital leads , while building strong customer relationships and inspiring their team to consistently achieve results.

Duties Include:

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of a team of sales representatives.
  • Collaborate with key department directors within the organization.
  • Consistently coach sales team to increase impact through improved communications and training.
  • Develop, train, evaluate and monitor sales representatives’ performance.
  • Coordinate projects to meet deadlines for sales and inventory.
  • Execute sales analysis, review sales reports, and suggest improvements.
  • Review customer satisfaction and take steps to be sure each client is completely satisfied.
  • Respond to issues, examine options and alternatives, and make informed decisions addressing problems as they arise.
  • Oversee regular inventory cycle counts.

Skills and Experience needed:

  • 5+ years manager experience required with background in sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to remain calm during all situations; provide constructive feedback; able to inspire teamwork and respect.
  • Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with typical office and point-of-sale software systems.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and customer service skills.
  • Must possess the ability to train and motivate staff members.
  • Ability to work independently and under direction.
  • Exercise sound judgment with regards to issue escalation.
  • Outstanding customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
