About Open-Minded Therapy

Open-Minded Therapy is a holistic psychotherapy practice serving adults, couples, and teens across several states. Our mission is to promote emotional and physical well-being through compassionate, culturally responsive, whole-person care.

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to serve as a Supervising Clinician / Clinical Lead within our team. This role is ideal for a senior clinician who enjoys balancing direct clinical work with supervision, mentorship, and leadership in a well-supported, integrated care environment.

Responsibilities

Clinical Care

• Maintain a schedule of approximately 20 client appointments per week .
• Provide high-quality psychotherapy aligned with whole-person and integrated care principles.
• Complete documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards.

Supervision & Leadership

• Provide clinical supervision to up to three (3) LMSWs .
• Support case conceptualization, treatment planning, and ethical decision-making.
• Offer ongoing clinical consultation and mentorship.
• Participate in onboarding and professional development of LMSWs.
• Collaborate with practice leadership to uphold clinical quality and team culture.

Qualifications

• Active LCSW license in good standing (New York).
• Minimum 3 years post-licensure experience .
• Prior experience providing clinical supervision strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and leadership presence.
• Interest in collaborative, whole-person care.

Compensation & Schedule

• Salary Range: $90,000 – $95,000 annually (full-time equivalent) .
• Compensation is based on a fee-for-service model translated into a salary range.
• The salary reflects a workload averaging 18–20 completed clinical sessions per week plus 6 paid supervision hours .
• Flexible scheduling and strong administrative support.
