About the Role
We're seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that bring our digital vision to life. You'll work closely with technology teams, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless execution across multiple projects - from platform enhancements to third-party integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery end-to-end, collaborating with engineers, designers, and product managers to meet milestones and objectives.
• Partner with technical and business leads to align delivery against broader goals and the digital roadmap.
• Develop and maintain project management artifacts such as project plans, risk logs, change management documents, and status reports.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable project plans with clear KPIs/OKRs.
• Provide transparent project visibility through dashboards, reports, and stakeholder updates.
• Identify and escalate blockers, ensuring timely resolution to keep projects on track.
• Maintain accountability across teams to deliver commitments on schedule.
• Participate in testing and validation to confirm requirements are met.
• Facilitate all required approvals for technical implementations and releases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project or delivery management, ideally within technology, sports, media, or entertainment organizations.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, or Scaled Agile methodologies (SAFe, LeSS, etc.).
• Experience managing large-scale technical integrations and multi-stakeholder projects.
• Skilled in tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills across all levels of an organization.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities.
• Proven ability to collaborate with engineers, designers, data scientists, and business teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence rather than hierarchy.
• Highly organized self-starter who follows through on commitments and sets the example for others.
