Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end AWS cloud operations , including provisioning, monitoring, maintenance, and optimization.
• Plan, execute, and deliver cloud infrastructure projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with DevOps, Infrastructure, and Security teams to ensure high system availability and compliance.
• Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes for cloud environments.
• Implement best practices for cloud cost optimization, security, and automation .
• Develop and maintain project plans, reports, and technical documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement in operational processes through automation and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with business units to translate requirements into scalable cloud solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in technical project management , with 3+ years focused on AWS Cloud operations or infrastructure management .
• Strong understanding of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, Lambda, VPC, IAM, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (CloudFormation, Terraform, Jenkins, Git, etc.).
• Proven track record managing operations & maintenance (O&M) projects in cloud environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• AWS Certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect or SysOps Administrator ) preferred.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with ITIL framework or service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines .
