Title Clerk | Automotive Services – Kansas City, MO (Onsite)

We’re looking for a Title Clerk to join a fast-paced automotive team in Kansas City, MO. If you have experience in title processing or automotive customer service and thrive in a detail-driven environment, this is a great opportunity to contribute to a high-impact operation.

What You’ll Do:

• Verify and process incoming vehicle titles for accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Enter title data into internal systems and manage electronic archives
• Re-assign titles and prepare documentation for dealer-to-dealer and large consignor transactions
• Create shipping labels and send titles via FedEx
• Securely file titles awaiting payment
• Assist with title reports, audits, and inquiry emails
• Support Coordinators and Leads with reporting and phone communications
• Handle dealer registration and eBusiness administrative tasks
• Generate inventory and sales summary reports
• Participate in sale day functions and other administrative duties as needed

What You Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED (Required); some college preferred
• Experience in title processing or automotive customer service
• Strong attention to detail and ability to distinguish between numbers and letters
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Typing speed of 55 WPM and proficiency with 10-key
• Familiarity with Google Suite and OPENLANE systems (AMS, VTrace)

📍 Location: Kansas City, MO - Onsite

💵 Pay: $20–$22/hr.
