• Location: Winchester, VA 22601 (Virginia healthcare jobs)\n
• Assignment Length: 13-week travel nursing contract\n
• Facility: 495-bed Level II Trauma Center\n
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM), 3 shifts/week\n
• Hours per Week: 36\n
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,780 - $1,910\n
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend\n
• Holiday Requirement: Every other holiday (limited holiday time off may be considered)\n
• Start Date: December 15, 2025\n
• End Date: March 16, 2026\n
• Dress Code: Navy blue or white scrubs\n

\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Active RN license in Virginia or Compact State (Virginia nursing jobs)\n
• Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg Telemetry (Cardiac) nursing experience\n
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR system\n
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS\n
• Ability to float to Medical Telemetry, MIU, and overflow units as needed\n
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills\n

\n\nMed/Surg Telemetry RN Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide high-quality nursing care to Med/Surg Telemetry and cardiac patients\n
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status using EPIC EMR\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans\n
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed\n
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health management\n
• Float to designated units to support clinical staffing needs\n
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards\n
