**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare facility, working night shifts in a 12-hour format. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Deliver nursing care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment plans.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and provide support to enhance their comfort and well-being.

**Qualifications:**

- Current and valid Registered Nurse license.
- Previous nursing experience preferred, particularly in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
