Job Description

Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced professional with expertise in Workforce Management within UKG to assist the team in developing strategies and executing the requirements for a new Workforce Management system across a highly complex corporate and manufacturing organization. Specifically, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, assisting with system integrations with SAP and conversions from Peoplesoft, testing, and end user training as it relates to UKG Workforce Management. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a passion for improving HR business processes, and the ability to train and support users throughout the organization. Must Have Skills: The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of UKG WFM systems, is a self-starter, very comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-paced environments to drive results. Experience working with UKG WFM systems in a manufacturing environment/ hourly production workforce in both union/nonunion environments. Ability to learn our client’s culture, processes, practices and policies- quickly -to support a unique and successful WFM system implementation for the Company. Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices, ensuring successful project delivery. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and asking the right questions. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or equivalent experience, is required. Proficient in working on medium to large sized projects. Typically requires a minimum of six (6) – to eight (8) years of experience. Nice to Have Skills: Preferred but not required: Familiarity in manufacturing industry, hourly production workforce, and union environments. Preferred but not required: Knowledge of Peoplesoft and its integration with cloud-based software solutions, specifically UKG Pro. Pay Range: $45.00 – $55.00 per hour, depending upon experience.
