Job Description Alliance is seeking
Warehouse Associates & Packers for our client in the Bedford / Solon area. Our client offers the most complete engine and fuel injection coverage in the aftermarket for companies such as Caterpillar and Cummins. Their products include Diesel Engine Parts, Fuel Injection Parts and Engine Gaskets. They supply high quality replacement parts, re-manufacture diesel injectors and manufacture new injectors and fuel injection components.
Warehouse Associates & Packer Hours: - 1st shift: 8:00am-4:30pm or 9:30am-6pm
- Starting shift time depends on the department
- $100 referral bonus for each person you refer that works for 30 days (unlimited bonus opportunity)
- After completion of a probationary period, employees may be eligible for wage increases, health benefits, and PTO
Warehouse Associates & Packer Pay: - $15 - $17.50/hr based on position and experience
Warehouse Associates & Packer Job Duties: - Unloading trailers utilizing a pallet jack
- Staging inbound product for transfer team to disperse into warehouse
- Packing product for shipment or storage
- Pulling orders from stock and staging for shipment
- Using a computer to log, verify and track orders
- Fast paced environment and high volume of orders daily
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Attention to detail
- Able to lift up to 30lbs - 40lbs
- Able to multi-task and work with some repetition of tasks
Warehouse Associates & Packer Requirements: - High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Picking and packing experience required
