Job Description

The Role:

Our Warehouse team is the backbone of High Country Outfitters! Join a dedicated team of highly motivated individuals who strive for the ultimate customer experience by expediting the receiving and distribution of goods to our retail locations.

We are currently looking to fill a few full-time positions.

Your Mission:

  • Organize stock and merchandise within the warehouse by properly unboxing and storing goods in their designated location
  • Properly pack items to be shipped to ensure they arrive in excellent condition to our retail locations and customers
  • Organize and sort items on shelving, bins and overhangs according to company standards
  • Reliably retrieve items from within the warehouse to be processed and shipped
  • Sort, tag and distribute all merchandise in support of our retail locations and e-commerce business
  • Build and deliver Big Green Eggs to our customers

Your Story:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods and working primarily standing
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Interpersonal skills are essential, as working as a team is vital to maintaining a warehouse
  • Clean driving record
  • Available Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm, and occasionally on weekends

Criteria for Hiring: Full Time must be 32-40 hours, Part Time must be 20-30 hours, Must be available the week of Thanksgiving and all of December.
