FULL-TIME WINDOW TREATMENT INSTALLER

We are looking for a Full-Time Installer to join our team! This position involves installing and repairing a variety of window covering products, including blinds, shades, custom drapery, awnings, exterior shades, and more. While most of our work is indoors, there are occasional outdoor projects as well.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to determine the best window covering solutions for their needs for exterior products and occasionally other window treatments.
• Accurately measure windows and installation areas.
• Safely remove existing window coverings prior to installation.
• Prepare installation areas to ensure proper fit and finish.
• Install blinds, drapery, shutters, awnings (manual and motorized), and similar products.
• Repair or replace components of window treatments as needed.
• Educate clients on proper use, operation, and maintenance of installed products.

• Proficiency with basic tools such as drills, ladders, tape measures, etc. (Company vehicle and tools provided.)
• Professional and respectful attitude—treat everyone like a valued customer.
• Maintain high standards of performance and reliability.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience installing window treatments preferred but not required. Training provided.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prepare work sites efficiently.
• Ability to lift and handle large or bulky materials safely.
