🚨 We're Hiring: Regional HSE Manager | The Woodlands, TX 🚨

📍 Location: The Woodlands, TX (Office-Based HQ with up to 50% Travel)

Are you a seasoned safety professional with strong corporate and office experience ? Do you have the ability to lead from a headquarters environment while making a real impact across multiple job sites? We're exclusively partnered with a global EPC leader to find a Regional HSE Manager to support their engineering and construction projects across North America.

You'll report directly to the Director of HSE and play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing safety policies that drive performance and accountability across a portfolio of sites.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and implement corporate HSE policies and best practices.
• Provide safety support to multiple project sites and ensure contractor compliance.
• Act as a professional representative of the company to external clients and stakeholders.
• Lead investigations and root cause analyses for incidents and near misses.
• Manage Work Permit systems and contractor safety programs.
• Perform safety audits, inspections, and help ensure timely corrective actions.
• Deliver impactful safety training and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support a zero-incident culture through strong leadership and field presence.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 20+ years of HSE experience in construction and commissioning environments.
• 3–4 years in a corporate or regional HSE leadership role managing multiple sites.
• OSHA 30 certification (Construction) – Required .
• Strong understanding of OSHA standards, electrical safety, hazardous energy isolation, and P&IDs.
• Proven success in a Lead HSE / Site HSE Manager role.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and training skills.

💼 Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience writing or refining corporate safety policies.
• Background in mentoring safety teams across large projects.
• Familiarity with EPC or industrial gas sectors.
