The Role We’re hiring a Product Operations Lead to partner with product, engineering, support, and policy teams on critical launches, workflows, and process improvements. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves making messy systems more efficient, and can translate between business needs and technical execution. You’ll help shape how we launch, monitor, and improve products while building durable processes that keep users safe and teams aligned. What You’ll Do Streamline cross-functional product launches and changes, ensuring clear criteria, documentation, and stakeholder alignment. Support platform rollouts (e.g., workflow updates, policy or enforcement changes, new support tooling) by coordinating migration plans, communications, and post-launch follow-through. Establish feedback loops with Support, Policy, Engineering, and GTM teams; synthesize insights into clear recommendations for product decisions. Build lightweight tools, trackers, dashboards, and templates (code/no-code/AI) to improve visibility and automation across product operations. Translate operational pain points into requirements for product and engineering teams, influencing tooling and process design. Create and maintain documentation, release notes, and audit trails to ensure accuracy and accountability. Help standardize playbooks, templates, and processes that improve speed, quality, and alignment across the org. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in product operations, support ops, or related operational roles. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills—able to align product, engineering, partnerships, and operations teams. Comfortable querying and analyzing data (SQL, Sheets, dashboards) to inform decisions and track outcomes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills—able to distill complexity into concise updates and documentation. Operator’s mindset: proactive, detail-oriented, and focused on scalable solutions. Have an operator’s mindset—focused on delivering accurate, actionable insights that directly impact business outcomes. Previous experience and willingness to work across globally distributed teams. Thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments; know when to add process without slowing things down. Nice to Have Familiarity with large-scale change management, risk mitigation, or content governance. Experience with LLM APIs, structured outputs, or fine-tuning workflows. Background in high-growth SaaS or consumer tech environments.
