This is the Nike matrix: You will report to NA Merchandising Business Integration, yet you'll work very closely with NA Merchants, NA Merch Info Analysts (MIAs), and various partners in other functions, Geos and Global. You will act as the key contact within North America to innovate how our Merchandising teammates leverage new and existing tools to drive efficiency and accuracy in everyday responsibilities.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
4-6 years relevant work experience
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, data analysis, and business intelligence platforms such as Tableau
Experience with collaboration tools like Smartsheet and Airtable
Experience with AV (Assort/Visual) and/or MMX is a plus
You will represent NA Merchandising while partnering with tech and cross-functional teams to co-develop roadmaps, enhance reporting, and ensure the seamless flow of data within Nike's full ecosystem of tools. You will bridge business and technical needs, drive solution strategies, train end users, troubleshoot issues, and maintain proper system access to support operational efficiency within the Geo.
Represent NA Merchandising in roadmap development with Global/ITC
Collaborate with Tech/Engineering to improve various workstreams and unlock new capabilities
Bridge business and technical requirements through stakeholder engagement
Partner cross-functionally to deploy solutions that improve accuracy and efficiency
Communicate system updates and train end users on new releases as needed
Troubleshoot issues and maintain appropriate user access levels
